About the Program
To support Noora Health’s COVID-19 response, the website served as a central hub for distributing vital healthcare information to communities across India and Bangladesh. It housed multimedia content—videos, infographics, and text—across multiple languages, making critical health information easily accessible in multiple formats.
Challenge
Multimedia Integration: Seamlessly incorporating five types of media while maintaining a simple and user-friendly interface.
Multilingual Accessibility: Displaying content in 14 languages without overwhelming users, ensuring consistency across all media.
Simplicity and Flexibility: Creating a design that was both extremely simple for users and flexible enough to allow regular updates via the backend without needing developers.
Design Approach
Built on Wix to facilitate regular updates, the website’s design prioritized simplicity and accessibility. It employed a minimalist layout to keep navigation intuitive, with a clear structure that allowed users to quickly filter content by media type and language. This ensured easy access to vital information, even for those with limited digital literacy.
My Role
As the UI/UX Manager, I was responsible for creating and maintaining the website on Wix, ensuring the seamless integration of five types of media across 14 languages. I structured the site for intuitive navigation and ensured it could be easily updated without developer support, focusing on a clean interface that made essential content both engaging and accessible.
