The program addresses Maternal and Child Health (MCH), Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), adolescent health, and child marriage. It was designed to be highly scalable and has since been expanded to multiple other states.
Challenge
Scale of Deployment while managing costs: Coordinating and training 10,000 CHOs to deliver effective healthcare services.Managing the high cost of printing educational materials due to the large scale.
Sustaining Impact: Ensuring long-term effectiveness and adaptability across different regions while Seamlessly incorporating these tools into existing CHOs local healthcare systems.
Education and Engagement: Providing health education across diverse communities with varying literacy levels.
Design Approach
The design focused on creating cost-effective and scalable educational materials for the extensive network of CHOs. I developed practical resources tailored to MCH, NCDs, adolescent health, and child marriage while managing printing costs. The approach also included strategies to support seamless integration and scalability, allowing for successful expansion into other states.
My Role
As Design Lead, I spearheaded the development and implementation of scalable educational materials for 10,000 CHOs. I managed printing costs and designed resources to address key health areas effectively. My role involved ensuring the program’s seamless integration into local systems and facilitating its expansion to multiple states.
